Do I have to have previous gym experience to train? - No, you don't need any previous experience, I will design a plan that will suit your experience and current abilities.
Do I have to train every day to get results? - No, you can get great results from training as little as 3 times a week. The amount you train is determined by your goals.
Do I have to have access to a gym? - No, I can design a training plan that you can follow from home, in a park, at the gym, whatever suits you.
Do I have to have lots of equipment? - No, I can design a plan based on what you have be it weights, resistance bands or bodyweight exercises in order to help you reach your goals.
What happens if I have questions about my exercises or nutrition? - You can contact me via the app or email, and I will get back to you ASAP.
