Do I have to have previous gym experience to train? - No, you don't need any previous experience, I will design a plan that will suit your experience and current abilities.
Do I have to train every day to get results? - No, you can get great results from training as little as 3 times a week. The amount you train is determined by your goals.
Do I have to have access to a gym? - No, I can design a training plan that you can follow from home, in a park, at the gym, whatever suits you.
Do I have to have lots of equipment? - No, I can design a plan based on what you have be it weights, resistance bands or bodyweight exercises in order to help you reach your goals.
What happens if I have questions about my exercises or nutrition? - You can contact me via the app or email, and I will get back to you ASAP.
6 week resistance training plan from the comfort of your own home. You don't need a gym to get into shape, all of these exercises can be done with a light and a heavy pair of dumbbells and some resistance bands.
The plan consists of three workouts a week and an additional HIIT or abs workout to help maximise results. Custom macros assigned to each individual according to your goals.
10-15k steps a day in addition to the plan is recommended for cardiovascular health and low steady state cardio to increase calorie deficit throughout the week.
Starting off the New Year with a bang. This series of workouts was designed by me to get you moving and feeling better in both your mind and body.
The aim with this program is to progressively overload each week be it with your tempo, form, weight or reps. You want to improve each week so that when the next four weeks workouts are scheduled you are ready to push yourself harder.
All you need is bands, a pair of light dumbbells and a heavier pair of dumbbells and you are all set.
